Branch 6 Bell Striking Competition

This year's branch 6 bell striking competition will take place at Hartford on April 5th. The draw will be at 3pm, and the results and a tea will be at 5pm. Please forward names for tea to Pam Thomson and team entries to Nick Thomson by the previous Wednesday (April 2nd).
 
Also, remember the Branch Outing to North West Wales on May 17th and the Quiz Night at the Grappehall Community Centre on October 4th.

Friday 29th Daresbury Practice CANCELLED

Unfortunately, we will not be able to ring at Daresbury this Friday either, as the work in the tower is still on-going.
 
However, the Ringing Master, Duncan, has invited anyone who wishes to attend the practice to go to Frodsham instead (the March Practice is scheduled for Frodsham as well).
 
There will be a Quarter Peal rung before the practice as usual, so the door into the vestry will be locked until this is finished. The door is normally open from about 7.45 - 8.00, so please arrive within this time slot.
 
Should you arrive later, please phone Duncan on his mobile (between touches!)
 
Please advise anyone in your tower who may be thinking of going to the practice.

February 22nd Daresbury Practice CANCELLED

The ringing room at Daresbury is currently not in a fit state to ring. As a result, this month's fourth Friday practice has been cancelled. The possibility of rescheduling the practice for Friday 29th is currently being investigated.
